No lift access to the second floor, which isn’t ideal for hauling luggage. The curtains need improvement. just strips of fabric with gaps letting light in. Morning access to the room was limited due to ongoing work, causing temporary inconvenience.

the location is nice, I guess. but my room was in absolute chaos upon arrival. I woudl ve been impressed if someone cared about my comfort. I also hoped for a complimentary breakfast as compensation for my troubles, but clearly, that woudl be too much to ask. almost considered five stars, but just couldn’t.

Good Location, Charming Staff, Some Issues
The location was fantastic for exploring Florence on foot. The staff were cheerful and helpful, especially the evening receptionist. However, I faced a delay at check-in and received a smaller room than expected. A breakfast arrangement with Hotel Adler was a nice touch, but a complimentary breakfast would have been appreciated.

I loved my time here, especially enjoying the cozy modern room with Netflix and the warm towel radiator that was a lifesaver during chilly evenings. I could relax with a nice hot shower, and they also offered a comfortable lounge area if I wanted to unwind. The only thing was the stairs to our room, which wasn’t a big deal, but could catch some off guard. 😊
